Embark on a soul-stirring 3-day spiritual journey that takes you from the ancient heartland of Lord Krishna in Mathura and Vrindavan to the sacred banks of the Ganges in Haridwar and the serene ashrams of Rishikesh. This package offers a seamless transition between two distinct yet equally profound spiritual experiences, culminating in the tranquil foothills of the Himalayas.
• Morning (Early Start Recommended): Begin your journey from Mathura. Our representative will pick you up from your hotel or preferred location.
• Journey to Haridwar: Embark on a comfortable road journey to Haridwar (approx. 330 km / 5-6 hours drive). This scenic drive will take you from the plains into the foothills of the Shivalik range.
• Afternoon: Arrive in Haridwar, one of India's most sacred pilgrimage cities. Check into your hotel and relax.
• Late Afternoon: Begin your exploration of Haridwar. Visit the ancient Mansa Devi Temple and Chandi Devi Temple, both accessible by scenic ropeway rides offering panoramic views of the city and the Ganges River. You may also take a holy dip in the purifying waters of the Ganges at one of the ghats.
• Evening (Crucial): Proceed to Har Ki Pauri to witness the awe-inspiring Ganga Aarti. This mesmerizing ritual, with priests chanting hymns and lamps illuminating the river, is a truly spiritual experience. (Ganga Aarti timing for June is approximately 6:45 PM; arrive at least 45 minutes early for a good spot).
• Overnight Stay: Haridwar.
• Morning: After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Rishikesh (approx. 25 km / 45 minutes - 1 hour drive from Haridwar), renowned as the "Yoga Capital of the World."
• Walk across the iconic suspension bridges: Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula, offering breathtaking views of the Ganges and surrounding ashrams.
• Visit prominent ashrams like Parmarth Niketan, known for its spiritual ambiance and statues of deities.
• Explore the vibrant markets and riverside cafes.
• Optional: Attend the Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan in the evening (around 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM, depending on sunset) if you wish to experience a different ceremony from Har Ki Pauri.
• Late Afternoon/Evening: Drive back to Haridwar.
• Overnight Stay: Haridwar.
• Morning: After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your departure schedule, you may have time for some last-minute souvenir shopping in Haridwar or a visit to Bharat Mata Mandir or Sapt Rishi Ashram.
• Transfer: Our representative will transfer you to Haridwar Railway Station (HW) or Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport (DED) (approx. 35 km from Haridwar) for your onward journey, concluding your sacred pilgrimage.
